90% of self diagnosed sinus headaches are actually migraine. Sinus pressure and facial pain is a common complaint that may stem from a variety of etiologies outside of a sinus condition including odontogenic, neurovascular, myofascial, or neuropathic. This lecture will review some common conditions associated with sinus pressure and facial pain and treatment modalities.
